This video demonstrates a technique to remove 2 dislocated fluocinolone implants in exchange for a new one in a 43-year-old woman with panuveitis. Using 20-gauge instruments and an infusion chandelier, both pellets were removed and a new fluocinolone implant was placed through the same sclerotomy.
