- Video
- Published 2013
The video shows the first prototype of newly designed intraocular foreign body (IOFB) forceps, which consist of a 6.0-mm polypropylene suture and an angiocatheter.
Due to their enhanced and improved design, the forceps give even more control during IOFB removal, and they are simple, safe, and effective. The video also shows simulations of the forceps being used for the removal IOFB of different shapes and sizes.
