Follow-up color fundus photograph after intravitreal aflibercept and pneumatic displacement showing marked clearing/displacement of the premacular hemorrhage, with residual intraretinal hemorrhage along the temporal arcade and persistent circinate hard exudates involving the macular region. The retinal arterial macroaneurysm remains visible, with improved visualization of the posterior pole compared with the initial presentation.
