This video shows a patient with subfoveal hemorrhage due to polypoidal vasculopathy. He had already lost 1 eye due to past hemorrhage, and his best-eye visual acuity decreased to hand movements 1 day before surgery. The physicians decided to inject Tissue Plasminogen Activator (tPA) at a dose of 5 micrograms/0.1 cc using 0.2 cc of solution.
