Management of Myopic Foveoschisis With Vitrectomy With ILM Peeling

This video presents the case of a patient with macular foveoschisis who underwent pars plana vitrectomy and internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling assisted by brilliant blue and gas tamponade. This approach yields technical feasibility and good visual and anatomical outcomes.
